Made the jump finally when I saw last year that turbo tax (who I was using mostly because we have a weird income setup) started using an LLM in their software to calculate the results, and they moved all of the features needed if you’re a business owner into the most expensive option. Fuck that.

Absolutely hate turbo tax. Swore to never use them ever again. Last year I imported my return into HRBlock - took me less time to file, cost less to use by like easily $100 or more - wife is a freelance artist and it has all the same features. Saved a lot more money and I recommend it.
