I would love to start doing 1:1 code reviews. I find an hour of walking through the code much more valuable than reviewing it on my own for a day or two.

I hate doing code reviews as the most junior person on the team. I’m like “yep that’s some code, I’m sure they know what they’re doing” lol

Haha I moved back to Saskatchewan but yea it was a lonely ERG. Until they actually hire more out Queer employees it’s not worth the effort.

Haha thanks. It’ll be sometime in the new year. I gotta spend a few weeks at home remembering how to paint my face and not look confused/surprised.
