There is a special place in hell for people who write "1 lb of cooked shrimp" in the ingredients of a recipe as if I just popped home from the grocery store with a bag of cooked shrimp. Likewise if you're about to type "1 cup chopped onion" imagine I am looking at you very threateningly.
