I 100% agree with you...The little details that you see pop up on screen (pit lane window.. OPEN!) & "driver of the day" are just all just Americanised nonsense...Pretty soon it'll be "overtake of the day, brought to you by Bud Light, the king of beers!" 🙄

As a football fan (also), I absolutely see that American influence is a bad thing. But F1's biggest issues have come from it being too European... Too British even. I think adding some teams from around the globe would do more to enhance its reputation as the pinnacle of the sport.
