I can accept losing to Newcastle, they’re a good side with dangerous players. But our performance was a fucking embarrassment. No urgency from the players when we were behind. We ran out ideas early and just started lumping it to Van Dijk. 2 times we showed quality and created chances. Infuriating

We’ve been battered 0-0 there. I don’t care what the commentators say, they cannot keep that pace up for 90 mins. Would be nice if we held the ball for a bit though. Would like to see Jones’s on for Jota or Diaz to give us a bit more control

Goes without saying, but a really strong measured performance from us. Their only threat looks to be down the wings and we’ve managed it fairly well so far. Would love one more early to kill the game

Was expecting a tough game and it was. Still think we should have won it, but too wasteful with chances and final ball. I don’t want to see Nunez on the pitch again this season unless absolutely necessary.
