the "cynical fandom" shit in Lanque's route especially worked 4 me. him going from evil transgender fuckboy to flower-crown donning poet softboy transmasc in the SFW route was funny as hell. he lowkey cooked her too ngl

I'm pretty sure Hiveswap Friendsim shares writers w the Homestuck epilogues and i think its more controversial elements fit better here, without the burden of pre-established characters. like suddenly horny clowns.

took me a while 2 get thru this but it was a good time! there's nearly 40 guys here so not all of em are gonna hit, but lots of the ones that didn't were fun to h8. a few r definitely bland but a lot of them would make 4 gr8 NPCs in an adventure game.

i think this was one script revision and re-edit away from being absolutely my shit but it was really lopsided to me. compelling characters & gorgeous cinematography but the climax felt weak, kinda sad i didn't fuck with this as much as i thought i would.

the ghosts of David's friend/victims pleading with him, very politely, to just kill himself was amazing. very funny film. a version of this with less of the het romance and more of his zombie buddy would be one of the best movies ever, probably.
