As a public defender, it's insane to see the rulings judges will grant for defense attorneys who are defending cops. There is no way a judge would have ruled the same way if it was MY client trying to keep this video out at trial. This evidence is totally coming in UNLESS the defendant is a cop.

Ok so the new rule is no critiques of anyone YOU think can win an election, 3 years out. ALSO primaries aren’t a thing so no critiquing primary candidates either. Makes sense.
