i will protect kamala khan with my life. i wish it was a movie instead though. the six ep format really drags. a lot of the marvel shows suffer the same way. the acting gets really hammy in the latter half. and there are some bizarre editing choices. but the show is fine! very sweet.

boring show about a character i don't care about, in which the first episode spends half its runtime showing me scenes from hawkeye. i struggle to understand why this was released. daredevil was cool. d'onofrio is cool. there are bones of a better show in here. i wish i had watched that instead.

better than the first! and a touching tribute to chadwick. better looking marvel movie than many too! tho still very prone to the same kind of ugly CG moments, especially towards the end. i was also not a big fan of the slomo shots. its funny how namor def would have won the war. but not bad! 6/10

Fun movie! The best that martial arts have looked in an MCU property. Manages to be one of the few MCU movies that is capable of standing on its own, save for some cursory references to Doctor Strange and, bizarrely, The Incredible Hulk. The final sequence has a dreadful colour grade. 7/10

midway thru the punisher season 2 right now and one of the funniest things about this show is that every episode it insists that billy russo is like, this completely disfigured, fucked up looking monster that nobody can stand to look at and the entire time he just looks like this
