In the last week, first swallows seen, woodpeckers in abundance, chiff chaffs, mistle thrush, song thrush, yellow hammer and all the usuals heard in Albourne.

No cuckoos as yet!

Are you a detectorist?

We are over in Albourne and my wife has been getting into it. She only has a basic detector but she’s found plenty of Victorian bits already round our way.

Not quite the right score or xG but clearly the spidy sense was in tune for the vibe of the day…. I abhor anti-football.

The grown man play acting and back line of six for Everton in the second half was one of the most frustrating afternoons I can remember.

The dream: Please please let today be the day everything clicks and we get a 90 min performance with a 5-0.

The reality: Everton win 3-0 with 3 counter attacks despite only having 1 shot actually on target. xG favours Albion 3.35 - 0.12

Top stuff AO!

Well done for leaving the bot infested cesspit of doom.

UTA!

I think Gruda has more to come. He seems best in tight central spaces though at this stage

Defo need more at the back, especially pace in the CBs

Not a sarky bump, just hoping you’ve seen progress?

Patterns still not always clear but not being obvious is no bad thing I suppose.

Some longer balls coming in and bypassing midfield altogether this week.

Subs at better times & dropping Mitoma for a game seems to have had a good effect as well.

4 out of five, never worn a shirt to work…shame on me!

Best thing to happen in the footy part of my life for quite a while.

Welcome back Mr March, may your knees remain as strong as your talent.

Got there and back in the boot of a Volvo with the rest of the family up front.

Despite that, seeing all the other cars decked out in blue and white. It was emotional!

‘Everything a manager can do FFS....’

Points you made are fine, just no need for the last bit. Makes out the OPs opinion is idiotic…

It’s all good though…I really didn’t switch platforms to get into rows with fellow seagulls.

Let’s hope Tony, PBOBE and Mr Wier know what they are doing UTA!

Cool with me if you disagree, I didn’t say it’s all fine, but I do think it will come, but hey, I’ve been right and wrong in equal measure in life.

All i ask is that you disagree without belittling the views of those you disagree with.
December 28, 2024 at 6:08 PM
And no need for the FFS btw, this ain’t X.

Yes the team lost patience in the last 20, that’s fair enough. But playing against a low block is notoriously difficult for us whether it was Potter or De Zerbi and usually comes down to moments of individual quality, which weren’t forthcoming. My point is that I don’t think it’s about the coach.

Any idea on the severity of weiffers injury?
December 27, 2024 at 6:52 PM
Nice to see Ferguson get a start. Really hope he takes his chance 🤞
December 8, 2024 at 12:53 PM
8/10 a great start really with lots of unexpected points but probably 4 dropped against lower table teams. Still the best football I’ve ever watched following #bhafc

It’s the only way!

I’m 18 years into never quitting on a small business, it’s knackering and worrying but exciting and rewarding in equal measure.

Your will to succeed (and talent) will take you a long way.
November 25, 2024 at 11:09 PM
If you keep working at it, learning and improving you will get there.

Keep the faith!

Fortunately the club management and most sensible fans will give him time.

I hope he realises that the negative vibes are from the (very vocal) minority
