I'm using matplotlib.org/stable/api/_... in matplotlib. For more complex 3d scatter plot I use pygfx.org

This image contains 76000000 of roots, calculated in more o less 5 minutes. The matplotlib rendering is a bit more slow than the calculations. But there are faster way for rendering in caso of more than 100000000 of dots.

Penrose tilings are awesome, but I've never thought about a way to show the nice connection you suggest...I'll think about, thank you!
