Oh yes, takeout/delivery food is my $$$ vice. I’m not a big shopper when it comes to clothes and stuff. But I don’t love eating the same thing multiple days in a row (leftovers), and often cooking just feels like so much work on top of actual work, kids and all their activities…

I’m not even sure what happened to mine…might still be buried in my parents’ house. But now my mom has started bestowing a new American girl collection upon my daughter. Isabel is prepping for Y2K!

I have a 5 yo daughter and 8 yo son and these would both be hits for sure. Though the 8 yo would like a Minecraft set 😅

Seriously, after Covid ours just never returned to their original hours. “Aftercare” became 4-5 and that was it!

Oh gross. I still hold a grudge against a local Montessori school that ends at 1 pm and doesn’t have aftercare, which is fine! …but their website thoughtfully explained it was because “we believe children should spend time with their families.” Ok I’ll just quit my job then!

Ugh I feel you. This was us when we all had Covid in 2021. Kids had zero symptoms but were not allowed back to school for almost three weeks 🫠🫠

2.5 years between mine, and I love it. It was enough of a break between pregnancies for me, but close enough that they are good friends (currently 8 and 5, 3rd grade and kinder). My sister and I are 2.5 years apart and so are her two kids, so I guess we all like it lol.
