Stuffing came from a box and made my own gravy from the broth and drippings. All and all, it was good. The pie turned out good as well, probably could have added more nutmeg, but I even impressed myself. Now, I'm going to treat myself with a little wine.

Fresh green beans, sliced into French cut, steamed for 5 minutes and rinsed in cold water. I was going to make my own mushroom soup but my mushrooms were bad, Campbell's for the win.

Thanksgiving dinner was better than I thought. The turkey was boneless and skinless, seasoned with oregano, parsley, thyme, sweet leaf basil, paprika and butter on a bed of shallots and a whole head of garlic with turkey broth, slow roasted in the oven at 325 for 2 hours. 1/3

Thought maybe you should see what I go through every 4 days in changing my bandage. After removing the bandage I clean the site up with alcohol swabs and let air dry then rebandage the site.
