Went for my first 5k run after a week of dealing with this sudden shoulder injury.
Went alright! Though the cold winds rolling around now means that I probably need to run treadmill for the season.
The push up routine will most likely be off the table for a long while now unfortunately.

I can't believe my parents are giving me the, "it's that damn phone" argument. I appreciate the attempt at home remedies but HALF OF MY BODY IS SLUMPED OVER A HEAT PAD ISN'T GOING TO DO ANYTHING.
Dilapidated shoulder instead of a misalignment.
This is better and makes more sense as to why it could have happened; but still suck nonetheless.

Today I woke up and my neck is randomly misaligned.
I run 5k and do body weight exercises every day and this is what I'm rewarded with.
Still good to know this world wants nothing to do with me regardless of what I do.
