And I think the usage of momentum double teams necessitates the usage of MORE counter because you build such a big tendency of running towards motion.

It’s so much harder to fit as a defense if ran correctly tho. It creates moving gaps on the fly. I’ve had tons of success running it at the high school level and it’s a thing of beauty when it works. But we just flat out didn’t have the personnel to make it happen on the dolphins
