@mxdeetwenty.bsky.social and @uncannykari.bsky.social in play ❤️ Below is my progress on the Trans Pride unicorn, a pattern I bought/kitted just on the cusp of realizing why it resonated with me 😂
A WIP shot of a cross stitch piece. The outlines of several stylized flowers are visible, as well as the beginnings of a unicorn’s mane and horn. The stitches are tent rather than full cross, and only one color (a dark blue) on a nice chunky lavender Aida. The full image of the Trans Pride Unicorn tapestry. A unicorn with white fur and a pastel pink/blue mane rests in a field of flowers in the same color. A hashtag notes that the pattern was for Stitch 4 Pride 2021.

It’s a bust-up portrait of Astarion from Baldur’s Gate 3. He’s dressed in fancy attire with his eyes closed, his scars appear around him as a red halo, and set against a rough black and brown background, he almost appears to radiate light.
