Or can they construct the CA high speed rail in a timely fashion? Start date, circa 2010, end date...meh.🤔 not too mention initial cost estimate was $10billion or so? We're ESTIMATED to hit $100 billion - but that ain't realistic. Hey, this is why we can't have nice things.
