With warming oceans and onions appearing, it’s clear that someone is making some sort of very large soup.

Although, as a kid, how awesome would it be to play with a large crane, a digger, smash down or re-build a wall. We could probably combine a super fun construction themed fun park with free child labour and we could become rich off the profits of this semi-moral (ish) scheme…

I noticed you hadn’t clicked “Follow” though. Still trying to make up your mind on them? I guess they haven’t released anything for a bit

Have you tried using Twitter instead? You can be as horrific as you like there and people will be equally horrific to you. You may find that people on BlueSky are a little too accepting of people’s differences for your tastes.

Probably more sick of fascism and incompetent politicians who act more like rulers than representatives, but yeah backstabbing is also annoying.

Starting my Friday morning with a bit of obscure satire. I’m assuming this was some sort of sarcastic trolling or something…?

This feels like an onion article. Is this for real?

Propaganda is the topic of the decade though isn’t it. Money is attempting to control the narrative as far as it can reach.

So, someone famous used to think a certain way (allegedly), which means we should all think the same way and we should never look to change anything because change is scary and historical person I mentioned proves that change is scary.
January 15, 2026 at 11:21 AM
Very true. But it’s always going to be much easier to make up nonsense than it is to form considered and accurate responses. Something that slows the whole process down again might benefit everyone. It’s too easy to publish propaganda on mass at speed.

Lots of people and lots of countries would no longer exist. Life would suck worse than the dark ages. Can we maybe not do that? Peace and cooperation is better.
January 14, 2026 at 1:28 PM
🤦‍♂️ People are that daft aren’t they. I’m beginning to think the internet, and social media was a mistake. Seems to be a cult forming tool that is actively making society worse.

I haven’t been scared of ghosts since I was very young. I used to be Catholic when I was young so used to believe in all of that sort of stuff. But as an adult the most spooky of ghost stories wouldn’t really do anything to me. I like the idea though.

Probably just that if they don’t participate in hooliganism then they will be fine just like all the other football teams in the world is my guess.

But… is the Jewish community synonymous with fans of Maccabi Tel Aviv? I don’t understand why they would be.
January 8, 2026 at 6:47 AM
Yes, it’s a big place and there are loads of places that make nice food there. Always wanted to go to New Orleans specifically for food and music. But had to have a dig anyway just because they also make a lot of rubbish and keep having a go at British food.
January 6, 2026 at 9:34 PM
Mate it might be time to give it a rest. By your own logic, unless the food you’re describing in the US is all Native American based restaurants than the US has no food. Here in the UK all people who have citizenship are British regardless of their ancestry. Maybe just relax and take a day off.
January 6, 2026 at 8:29 PM
Surely this is in jest? I’m going to assume this is some sort of troll, but I’ll respond regardless. Not really always true, plenty of what you might think of a foreign food was actually invented within the UK, but also by this type of logic the US has no food.
January 6, 2026 at 6:19 PM
That’s a brilliant point actually.
January 6, 2026 at 5:54 PM
The stereotype of bad British food comes from a time when food was rationed due to the war. Perhaps you were just unlucky with the places or dishes you picked when you were here.
January 6, 2026 at 5:43 PM
Yes foreign imported food is also good in London, but that’s more of a stereotype that there are no British based options at that same level. There are loads of British based food options in the same category. In London and across the UK. I totally disagree.
January 6, 2026 at 5:41 PM
I couldn’t disagree more. London specifically is widely considered one of the best cities for food in the world. I suppose taste in food is a personal thing though so I guess it depends on what you’re looking for. Personally I find American food to be one dimensional and mostly too sweet or fatty.
January 6, 2026 at 5:32 PM
It is incredible to me that the US think they have better food than the UK. So bizarre. Perhaps travel more and you could live in the real world occasionally.
