Ketamine generally doesn't show up on routine urine drug screens, such as the standard 5-panel or even the more expanded 10-panel tests. These tests usually focus on detecting opioids, THC, cocaine, amphetamines, and benzodiazepines. Ketamine falls outside that scope unless specifically ordered.
