It can be presented as free electricity for homes. A typical roof provides more space than is necessary to power a home. The excess goes to the grid. Throw in a power bank for night time use and I think people would vote for it. I would. And businesses getting free electricity? They’d jump at it

Why can’t they put solar farms along railway lines or freeways or on every rooftop in California. There are thousands of square miles of you look at all the different rooftops. Commercial, residential etc…
