Not that impressed with this season of Bake-off. It used to be about the baking.

Had one of those days where all the tech nearby stops working. Car alarm went off next-door. Security alarm went off. Phone not charging. Wi-Fi down. Sometimes I envy the Amish.

Just saw Frankenstein. I thought it was outstanding. Not an exact translation of the book. Little changes here and there. But definitely kept to the spirit of the story. Amazing cinematography.

Watched the season finale of Gen V. Really good. But, I predicted 90% of it. That's the downside to being gifted. I'm rarely surprised.

Started Revelation Space in early September. Still only 180 pages in. Pathetic, even for me.

Read a chapter of Revelation Space today. It’s got some good ideas, but everything is over-explained. Gets a little tedious.
October 6, 2025 at 2:45 PM
Read a few more chapters of The Blade Itself. It’s not what I was expecting, but I like it.

Watching the new Alice in Borderland.

Ok, I heard Lovecraft was a little racist, but even for the 1920s, this is bad.
