Here's the beef
Raw beef tenderloin on a tray in a refrigerator. The beef is tied up with twine and seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Tenderloin resting on a stovetop after roasting and before being seared Final result of the coming process, beef tenderloin on a cutting board after the first cut. The meat is a near perfect medium rare.

It's been a busy week!

Batched out a bunch of cutting boards, reverse seared a beef tenderloin for the first time, oh and incorporated a company!

Here are some woodworking pics:

New week, trying to find new energy.

Taking action on what I can, no matter how small/trivial, is helping to overcome inertia.

One very satisfying example - finally drilling holes for wire management in the electronics shelf I built for my standing desk. Now to close up the back... eventually...

I can’t believe:

1) how much growth has happened so quickly.
2) how reliably I still see Alf’s member.

I guess you can grow and scale while keeping what’s important.
