Everyone i know who's doing shows for electronic stuff are barely profiting and djs and performers not paid fairly imo. Sure you can make the argument that local people are more likely to buy merch, music, etc. But most peoples local scenes are not big enough to make a liveable income off that

Also i get that now is like... not the time to complain about this obviously, but ive never had a good experience flying them, they're ok if nothing goes wrong but id rather be in delta or Alaskas hands when shit hits the fan
