Honestly, I think lots of people online just want to hate for some stupid and some sensible reasons. They don't realize you talk to actual people and just wanted you to hate/insult ubi for whatever reason.
Nevertheless, I think them clearly SAYING "we messed up" or sth. would have been reasonable
