Highlighting how powerless Europe is. It's the only thing we can do. What I'm expecting: a world where foreign leaders don't threaten the continent I live on.

I've clarified this elsewhere already: consequences for the way you treat Europe. There are currently none. We are threatened by Russia as well as the US and that is incredibly scary. I also don't mean to say that Amercians aren't suffering under Trump or that all of you are to blame for this.

I'm specifically talking about consequences for the way you are treating Europe, which you don't seem to be experiencing at all right now. Right now you are only losing the good opinion of Europeans - which contrary to this thread - has existed. People used to admire the US.

We feel powerless and are desperate to grasp at *any* consequences US-Americans might experience. The sneering condescension a lot of US-Americans have exhibited against the Europeans throughout this is also quite shocking. I honestly didn’t realize how negative you all seem to view Europe.
