Anyway I found some files in regards to making volunteer directors and co-ordinators liable for mistakes committed to the public. Please read and share this thread. The more backlack SMASH gets, the more pressure will be on them to have an internal review and change. They can't keep getting away.

Passing on the feedback means nothing if SMASH con always repeats the same mistakes over and over again. People are going to notice, and they'll stop supporting them if they stay on this track. I even had issues with them in regards to online tickets and tokens which is also A REPEATED COMPLAINT.

They revoked the ticket after A FEW HOURS of the winner not responding, then when faced with the customer's obvious complaints, instead of coming up with a solution or re-issuing the ticket back to them, they proceeded to use the excuse of "we're volunteers" and also shoved the blame to the vendor.

The Australian anime convention company of SMASH is at it again, disrespecting their customers. A person on instagram entered a competition and won and didn't even have the chance to respond and claim their ticket because they were at work.

SMASH then revoked the ticket from them. 🧵 below.
