There's obviously at least a car length gap between the person shooting video (they are behind both cars and zoomed in) and the dumbass driver. Unless there's another car we can't see on the right, the passing driver just wanted to be an aggro dickhead and failed spectacularly.

The worst part is that it was being marketed as an arena shooter like the first game (which was basically Halo with portal guns). The br mode wasn't even in the alpha or beta tests....

Hands to the face is almost never going to get called on a rip, because of how the defender ends up positioned while committing to the move. Same exact reasoning as stated in the rulebook for why holding isn't called.

If a d-lineman uses a rip move, which he did, they basically forfeit getting a holding call.
