Here’s one of those empty buses in Plano they’re trying to get rid of
Every time I visit Portland (my hometown), I appreciate it more.
North and East Portland are basically giant streetcar suburbs, and you can clearly see where they used to go since the commercial around them is largely still intact.
Also, lots of relatively narrow streets and no big parking lots.

I didn’t take any photos at yesterday’s @ridewithdata.org meeting (I was PAYING ATTENTION) and now I feel left out so here’s a picture of a train instead
