In hockey I have to say Rick DiPietro. Islanders gave the goalie 15 years in 2006. After the 2007-2008 season he only played more than 8 games once and was bought out of his contract in 2013.

The only sport I prefer on TV is football because you can be so far from the action at the stadium you're just watching on the big screen anyways
