I always avoided making gnocchi, seemed challenging. Finally gave it a go, so easy and delicious. Sweet potato gnocchi with simple cream, garlic sauce. Even the fussy teen liked it.

Last year we harvested a massive 5 blueberries from this tree. This year it has exploded, so excited for all this deliciousness
