No. I'm not explaining why the case shouldn't be prosecuted. I'm explaining why they don't have the right to monitor or restrict me. They are trying to enforce non-competition but they do not know what they are talking about. They are breaking the law.

I'm not sure how to respond. If they were going to pay me a commission, they should have paid me one long ago. I don't think that is the get out of jail free tactic that is going to work. They have been committing crimes. I'm not interested in the reductionism.

Formidable doesn't get to take over past work and say it is governed by their contract. I didn't sell them any software or promise them that I would complete anything after I left. Their contract is illegal. Their interpretation is a conspiracy to commit crimes. My employment ended.
