Plenty of women are being told that men are the enemy too. The whole war of the sexes is getting more and more toxic.

Is that because of dynamic pricing?
January 31, 2025 at 9:59 AM
I don't understand why consumers need to be protected from dynamic pricing? Would it extend to airlines and hotels?

The only fanatics are the people who know the direction we're heading in and refuse to change course.

We are so lucky we were broke during the car-mania decades

I'm convinced half the people on that app have undiagnosed mental health issues.

Why don't the economics make sense? Energy costs? I'm working on the assumption that they would continue to use the subscription model.

Some older people also pronounce restaurant without the T at the end like they're French. Literally the biggest culture shock I experienced.

Criminal charges for what?
December 8, 2024 at 8:48 PM
If it's unnecessary why are people buying it?
December 8, 2024 at 5:36 PM

December 8, 2024 at 5:05 PM
Do you think insurance companies are responsible for people who die if their claim was rejected?

IBM wrote software for concentration camps. I'm not defending it obviously but this guilt by association stuff is over the top.
December 6, 2024 at 8:17 AM
I thought you were drawing a distinction between two sides of the political spectrum.
December 6, 2024 at 12:29 AM
Seems like you're comparing a moderate right-leaning individual to an extremist.
December 6, 2024 at 12:04 AM
In civilised countries you don't have to 'claim' for anything. There's simply a universally available service anyone can use. Like schools, police, roads.
