SC LEGISLATION WATCH: H. 3103 sets forth that only an attorney may serve as Guardian ad Litem in a family court mattter and removing the option for a lay GAL. With a current shortage of family law attorneys this would be a huge disservice to the children in SC.

SC LEGISLATION WATCH: H. 3103 sets forth that only an attorney may serve as Guardian ad Litem in a family court mattter and removing the option for a lay GAL. With a current shortage of family law attorneys this would be a huge disservice to the children in SC.
