I never claim to be a good cook, I’m a better baker, but I made a darn good egg roll in a bowl (with ground beef) today!
Packed with veggies (coleslaw mix with kale and brussel sprouts) and served over rice, it was SO good. Highly recommend trying if it’s your kinda thing!

I never claim to be a good cook, I’m a better baker, but I made a darn good egg roll in a bowl (with ground beef) today!

My students are the best… first my 2nd graders decided there needed to be a little squirrel meeting before lunch. Then my PreK decided we needed a whole summer home before the end of the day.
The things these kids create and imagine blows my mind. So amazed by them.
