The first time since we've lived in GA (7+ years) that we've had "real" snow. The joy & amazement on the faces of kids seeing it for the first time is wonderful. Of course, the horrors of what our friends and family are seeing in LA is not lost on us. Life can be so joyful, and so cruel all at once.
