-Didn't spend a dime, other than $2 for a banana pudding cupcake at a bake sale.
-met a sculptor and his wife who were from Rochester, NY. We reminisced.
-Fist bumped a painter who ended a heated discussion about the real cost of tariffs with a lady with "I'll pray for you".

I bought campaign buttons from an auction and just got around to cleaning them up. while I'm going through, I keep thinking: history remembers. McGovern, McCarthy, Nixon. You just have to read their name and you remember the leaders they were; the kind of men they were.

I took Facebook off my phone today. It's feels like walking away from a community & giving up a channel of communication but also a necessary step to quiet the chaos, focus, & find some peace. I'm always (too) deep in thought; lately it's back to fundamentals--trustworthiness & owning what you SEE.

I burned lunch. Know why? There was an ICE raid right behind my house. One of my neighbors was taken from their house at gunpoint by a man in tactical.That family there has little kids that play in the green space between our houses. Probably not anymore.SPEAK UP. Pass it on. Protect our neighbors.
