I have quite a collection, but when Rupert Murdoch's 21st Century Fox bought The National Geographic Magazine back in 2015, I canceled my subscription because I could no longer trust the content to be truthful. The Walt Disney Company purchased the magazine in 2019.

#LasVegas has created the illusion that it isn't in the desert. This area, The Lakes, was built in the 1980s and features a man-made lake and hundreds of unnecessary water-guzzling pine trees and grassy areas which still remain even though the southwest is in a decades-long drought. #photography

My anxiety has become increasingly more difficult to manage since Trump, so my husband suggested I visit a mushroom retreat (psilocybin therapy) in Oregon. Sounds good if my new fear of flying wasn't an issue due to the FAA operating with 3,500 fewer air traffic controllers than needed. #photography

For a few years, I had three dead "wintry" trees attached to a wall. They came from our backyard and actually looked pretty cool as abstract art. I cut the branches off on one side so they were flat against the wall and hung a bird ornament near the top.
