The credibility of these bonds really on Westminster's fiscal transfers. There is nothing about the way they intend to use them that speaks of Scottish credibility and Scottish institutions. They are not using them within the Scot econ but to further extraction from it brought about through FDI

Then we would just be asking to cede control of fiscal and monetary policy to a different entity outside Scotland. We would have all of the same issues with incurring foreign currency debt and giving power and resources away to earn it
