i also don’t know sadly, but ds&durga makes bowmakers-scented products for hotels. there’s usually people on mercari who sell the bowmakers soaps & shampoos they took from their hotel room for a low-ish price

like regardless of notes, they all kind of just congeal to form the same generic Fresh accord derivative of ck one

& salt is a weird note that i mostly can’t do. today i smelled & disliked ds & durga rockaway beach (though it was super realistic) bc i also dont want to smell like salty skin from evaporated ocean water. however, skylar salt air clicked for me. the mineraly salt made me feel clean, fresh & cooled

that makes sense!! maybe u like light blue & afternoon swim bc of the prominent citrus? i also like those but not most aquatics. i havent smelled wave. imo most the “freshie” perfumes smell the same & are uninspiring/dull/low energy which is why pacific chill’s concept & strange notes appealed to me

i get the smoky wood for 15 minutes and im left with a drydown that coats my skin in a thin, maple syrup glaze that only i can smell for 2-3 hours. best summer, i-didnt-leave-my-house perfume

ive smelled this on people on the subway and once at lunch, someone asked me to smell them and guess their perfume. turns out both of us were wearing this. neither of us could tell through smell though bc longevity and projection is very low.

i dislike phlur. their marketing is the worst incarnation of my problem with the new sephora “niche” generation. spraying not your baby on me was traumatizing! however, i recommend this & apricot privee (though it was blandly fruityTM when i tried on skin for the 3rd time). somebody wood is nice too

i recommend vetiver eclarte by l’artisan, tomato by demeter, hilde soliani stecca, kewpie doll by pearfat. a lot of randos on etsy or indie comapanies will sell specific one scent perfumes for cheaper as well
