Democratic candidates were well aware how their support for Israel was costing them votes. They insanely chose to keep supporting that genocidal state and squandered the election.

US politicians will keep funding the slaughter as long as AIPAC keeps funding them. No AIPAC funded candidate whether democrat or republican should be voted for as they represent the interests of a foreign state.

Your ideal sounds great but the reality isn't. If Germany continues to support a supremacist, apartheid, terrorist Israeli state, why bother integrating further? Why grant that sort of Europe more power if it's clear at this stage that human rights will only be granted by a super EU to the few?

So what happens when one of the largest European states with a history of genocide supports another state engaging in genocidal actions? Are we all meant to be good little Europeans and ignore that?

Zelensky's opponents agreeing to work with Trump's Whitehouse should be political suicide for them. Its clear they'll take the blame when the US grants Russia their every wish.
