This protocol enables the robust analysis of various bacterial species & paves the way for the development of MICROSEQ, a unique microbial single-cell RNA sequencing platform in Würzburg. As part of the SCC, MICROSEQ will aim to consolidate protocols & expertise to make technologies more accessible.
MATQ-seq allows the detection of a large number of genes per single bacterium and is characterized by a high cell retention rate. 🦠 A #HIRI & @uni-wuerzburg.de research team recently published a step-by-step protocol in @natprot.nature.com.

T-cell activation involves not just one phase, but two. T-cell priming first activates many T-cells, then selects and expands the most effective ones. This finding was published today in @science.org.
