Oh my god...
The bingo card from Khloe's Wondrous Tails in Final Fantasy XIV; it's a 4x4 grid of spaces to put cute stickers of in-game food and items. This grid has a diagonal line and a horizontal line filled in, with one extra sticker that implies a third complete line.

The mounting arm for my very old Cintiq tablet has finally given up the ghost. I have the original stand, but the back plate and screws are missing, of course.

Is there anyone out there who knows what kind of screws the stand needs, or what the back plate is called?

I'd appreciate some help!
