Gunslinger - his high caliber revolver is his weapon of choice most times. He's learned to be quick with it.

Rapid Reload - Exactly what it says on the tin.

Wild Wasteland - Terrifying Presence comes with its' psychological downsides, not to mention getting shot in the head twice tends to scramble up your brain matter worse than stress.

So he tends to see and hear weird shit. Some of it turns out to be real.
