I am nine weeks post-ACDF surgery. I saw the surgeon today. The good news is that the bones are starting to fuse. The not-so-great news is that I must wear this Aspen collar (picture below) for another month. The heat makes it quite a challenge. #ACDF

#TheBigBeautifulBill I was talking to someone about it just now. Their perspective was that if it passed, the Republicans would get voted out of office in 2026. I broke down crying - people will die between now and then, sick people, veterans, children.
