I don't see any changes to the design elements of other characters we've seen so far. But I find it really suspicious that his shirt symbol is different, and that his wallet chain is hooked onto his coat.
My guess is he's an AE, the program is glitching, or they're just fucking with us.

I can't wait to see how all the sprites move. I always found the way the characters spin/bounce around when you click them really charming, so seeing that effect extended to the actual talking sprites pleases me.
The neo world program runs on the PaRappa the Rapper engine.

I can't get over how refreshing the art for sdr2x2 looks. I feel like I'm looking at a shiny waxed car.
