Yeah I felt that, it gets busy this time of year with tattooing bc of tax returns, and I had to hardcore accept that pushing myself to do more, despite the opportunity, isn’t worth my mental health. It sucks ass, but it’s worth it. Trust. It’ll come along again eventually. 🫶🏻

But on a serious note, if you’re able to at any time, take a break. Take a week or two off and do things you love. I know sometimes that’s easier said than done but I’ve had to come to terms with that recently.

Swap the grass for shit and eat that instead.
