Like what era or state of play is “Make FPS Great Again” alluding to? We have a plethora of people taking the FPS genre to new horizons and pushing boundaries to create truly awesome games with communities to boot. If they got their head out the clouds, they’d realize it’s already great.

I think it also alludes to some sort of dissatisfaction with the current state of… whatever is written on the merch. It only takes a tiny bit of digging before it’s revealed that they only hate the current state of things because it doesn’t perfectly align with their worldview. Hence the bigotry.

My problem with it is that “za” is supposed to be a foreshortening, but if someone said it to me, I’d be confused and ask for clarification… which means it completely fails at the purpose of foreshortening
