Wild to think that all of Crystal is now congested. I hope it doesn't get to a point where I can't world travel at all anymore; as it is I haven't been able to visit Balmung for hunt marks for ..... oh man. Months. A year? I don't remember.

Tried to pull out my xp pen tablet, an Artist 16, and get back to drawing, but it appears that Windows 11 doesn't like it. Ugh. Just shows up as a dang "Billboard." If anyone has suggestions that do not involve buying a new tablet I'm all ears.

So it was time to spoopify my #ffxiv #hrothgar character and I decided I should take a picture and holy crap I am not a #gposer and yet this turned out better than I thought it would!! My ultrawide screen required some hella cropping but HEY! I deed a theeng.
It's Indiri my hrothgar, wearing a witchy robe and hat, with a wooden staff and skullish black facial paint. Her fur is now black and white rather than pink and white and she's lookin kinda smug for probably devious reasons.

I had been testing the freshly fixed facial morphs for my avatar and decided to be goofy for the camera!

But, I've felt so busy and claustrophobic in a ... time/relaxation sense, I struggle to put words to it. I wish I did not feel like time was always running out.

The Oatmeal's take on AI art. I agree with him: when I realize something is made by AI, it does feel hollow and disappointing. I don't enjoy it as much as I would something that a human made; I appreciate the skill as much as the art itself.

In exciting news, I now have a webcam and a model to use as a #vtuber ! Just got to finish up the custom coloring, and then convert it from a #VRChat avatar with some guides I found, and then I'll be all set! And a nice bonus, an avatar for VRChat and Beatsaber.

Oh wow, I just heard that Blizzard took down TurtleWoW and some others! What a shame; for a little while I was enjoying Turtle and Ascension, but now I question if I should invest any more time into Ascension... Not that I play it a lot right now anyway.
