Dug up a good portion of my sunchokes today. Despite only having 3 of 4 plants remaining, with 2 damaged from a severe storm last year, I've still pulled a whole lot of them! Haven't weighed them, but I'd guess about 8 pounds worth. Definitely excited to start on this year's garden! 🌱

Now I'm regretting listening to Meatophobia 364 times back in January lol, in my mind Astrophysics is straight to the #1 spot of my top artists. She's incredibly talented and deserves more attention tbh.
