Reminds me of scientists who get caught faking research, but not in some obscure niche field, they do it in hugely applicable sciences that people want to replicate so they can use it to make things and make money and then realize the science was faked when nothing works.

I think anyone who donates to political campaigns is probably does not possess the most discerning judgment, and most of his lies weren't publicized until after he won, but man in retrospect that's like using the pittance you recovered from Enron stock to invest in FTX.

I had a friend completely stop talking to me because I said it wasn't a good idea to outlaw 'racist' speech during the Trump admin since the very people she was concerned were racists would then be the ones defining and prosecuting violations.

I also wonder how they're going to keep enrollment up after this year, unless they plan on bringing in 2-3 baseball teams every year until they have their own athletic conference.

Are they forming their own league? That's a large football team and 2-3 baseball teams. Are they going to bring in 70 baseball players every year to keep enrollment up?
