So you've got our starlings too? This just gets worse and worse... Unfortunately, they're in steep decline over here.

I'm mainly seeing Blue and Grey Herons on here, so here's a cropped image of a somewhat distant Purple #Heron in La Brenne, France a few years ago. (Apologies for the image quality)

I don't know if it's just me, but my feed seems to be full of lovely #heron pics, so here's a couple of my own from a few years ago in my back garden, helping himself to lunch from my wildlife pond!

4pm winter sunset out of my living room window right now. I've been sweeping up leaves and pruning most of the day, so it's nice to be back inside where it's warm to see this.
